Mailtiv pricing
Mailtiv costs between $0.55 and $1.19 per user per month, depending on how many users you have and how you pay. Every plan has the same features, the first month is free, and you buy through Microsoft Marketplace. Organizations with more than 2,500 users get a custom price.
Your Mailtiv price depends on two things: how many users you buy for, and whether you pay monthly or for a year. The more users, the lower the price per user; the 1-year plan costs about 17% less than the monthly plan. Every plan has the same features.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. All users on a plan are billed at that plan's price.
What every plan includes
- Outlook add-in: the signature is added on its own to new emails, replies and forwards in new and classic Outlook for Windows, Mac, Outlook on the web, iPhone and Android. On computers and the web, meeting invites get it too.
- Details from Microsoft 365: name, title, phone and photo come from each person's own profile.
- Signature design: start from a template or from scratch, or upload your own HTML signature.
- Who gets which signature: signature groups, departments, and a company signature per email domain.
- Campaign signatures: switch signatures on and off by date.
- Short signatures and vCard / QR code.
- Company assets: logo, social links, address and disclaimer in one place.
- Roles and activity log: Admin, Contributor and Reader roles, and a log of admin changes.
- No extra connector: your email never passes through Mailtiv; email content isn't read, recorded or stored.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first month is free on every plan. When it ends, the subscription continues on the plan you chose.
Our user count is on the edge of two ranges. Which plan applies?
The ranges meet at 50, 300 and 1,000 users; at those numbers you can choose the cheaper plan. Sometimes buying a few extra seats costs less overall: on the monthly plan, 45 seats cost $53.55 but 50 seats cost $51.00. The calculator tells you when that happens.

Do prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude tax; any tax for your country is added on your Microsoft invoice.
