About us

Updated 4 November 2026 by the Inthouse product team

Who we are

Mailtiv is built by Inthouse Bilişim Danışmanlık ve Tasarım Hizmetleri. Inthouse was founded in Istanbul in 2022 and is an active Microsoft partner. We build cloud products for organizations that use Microsoft 365.

Our products:

• Mailtiv: email signature management for Microsoft 365.
• Inthouse Admin Toolkit: a Microsoft 365 management portal. See admintoolkit.com.

What Mailtiv is

Mailtiv is an Outlook add-in and web portal from Inthouse that applies centrally managed email signatures for Microsoft 365 organizations in Outlook desktop, web and mobile, without routing email through third-party servers.

Mailtiv is available on Microsoft Marketplace. The user guide explains how it works day to day.

How we handle your data

• Your email never passes through Mailtiv. Mailtiv doesn't read, store or route your messages.
• Signatures use profile details only: name, title, phone, photo and similar details from each person's own Microsoft 365 profile.
• Data is kept in Microsoft Azure data centres in the EU.
• You can delete all your company data from Settings in the portal.

For more, see How Mailtiv works and our privacy notice (in Turkish).
